Why cardboard instead of film
Film clings to a shape, but it does not carry a bump. A corrugated board stands off from the panel surface, and when the corner of a door meets a forklift mast, it is the board that takes the hit.
Cardboard also gives the package a clean, flat profile that stacks square on a pallet, which keeps the load stable around turns.
O que a linha faz
The line takes a door panel in and returns it wrapped in cardboard. In sequence it feeds a pre-sized board, loads the panel, folds and shapes the board around it, seals the ends with glue, tapes the top, and pushes the finished package to a stacking point.
We engineer the whole run to operate without an operator touching the panel. A control system tracks the process in real time and flags a missed fold or misfeed before it becomes a damaged door.
Loading and feeding
A board feed draws pre-sized cardboard sheets into the wrapping area, one per panel. The panel is loaded automatically and positioned square to the board, so the wrapper folds onto a straight panel every cycle.
Folding and shaping
The board is folded and shaped around the panel to form a uniform enclosure, edge to edge. Because folding is mechanical, the package comes out the same shape at the start of a shift and at the end, which matters when wrapping runs for hours at high rate.

The package is closed with glue applied at the two ends and tape across the top. That is the joint that holds the board shut, and it replaces the film seals used on shrink lines.
Stacking and palletizing
Wrapped doors are lifted to the stack point and set on the pallet. The stack is kept square automatically, so the strapped pallet leaves square and the aisle stays clear.

Controles e segurança
The line is run from a control panel with an emergency stop at the operator position. Keep hands clear of the fold and seal stations while the cycle runs, and follow the machine manual for board loading and routine inspection.
