Samenvatting This clip from our workshop shows our pallet inverter turning a film-wrapped load in a fenced test bay. The blue frame clamps the load, turns it over, the pallet is exchanged, and the frame turns back. Our FPFZ-1 inverter turns loads up to 1.2 t through 180° in about 50 s. Below we cover the cycle, the main uses, the data and a worked example for loads per hour.

Turning the load lets a pallet be swapped without lifting the goods by hand.
What a pallet inverter is used for
- Damaged pallets. The load is turned and the broken pallet replaced, without unloading it.
- Pallet change. Goods move from a wooden pallet to a plastic or export pallet.
- Pallet-less loading. Turning 180° lets you keep your pallets in-house and ship the load on a slip sheet.
- Inspectie. The base of the load can be reached for checking.

Turning speed is adjustable, and start and stop are automatic.
Ladingen per uur
Uitgewerkt voorbeeld (ter illustratie). A full cycle needs one turn over and one turn back, so at about 50 s per turn the machine itself needs about 2 × 50 = 100 s per load. That is 3,600 ÷ 100 = 36 loads per hour before clamping, forklift time and the pallet swap are added.
Selectie checklist

Veiligheid
The frame clamps and turns up to 1.2 t, so nobody may stand in the turning zone. In this clip the bay is fenced and the operator works from a cabinet outside the fence. We fit mechanical and electric stop blocks and guard the zone to the risk assessment. For CE markets we apply ISO 12100:2010 and EN 415-10: 2014.
