Deur-/paneelafdichtings- en krimpmachine: werking en toepassingen

Samenvatting

Our door and panel sealing and shrinking machine closes doors, boards and panels in PE film and shrinks it tight in a hot air tunnel. It takes panels up to 1,200–1,300 mm wide, 4,000 mm long and 10–200 mm thick, weighing 10–100 kg. The sealing part draws about 5.5 kW and the tunnel about 30 kW, running at 100–220 °C. Below are the operating steps, the three model options, applications and a worked example for interior doors.

The steel sealer frame carries the film reels and the seal station, with digital temperature controllers on its control box. After the tunnel the panel crosses a powered roller bed and the press rollers, and the finished pack has the film tight and smooth over the panel edge.

Inhoudsopgave

Bediening stap voor stap

  1. Invoer. The panel is laid on the 2,000 mm infeed conveyor; sensors detect it and start the cycle.
  2. Film feed. Film is fed automatically from the reels and wraps the panel.
  3. Sluit en snijd. This is a one-side sealer: the permanently heated seal bar welds and cuts the film on one side. Its blade temperature is controlled and checked by the PLC, and the seal is smokeless.
  4. Krimpen. The panel runs through the hot air tunnel. Recirculating air shrinks the film onto all sides.
  5. Druk op. At the exit, while the film is still soft, the press rollers weld the remaining sides and push the film onto the panel edges so it sticks tightly.
  6. Uitvoer. The pack leaves on the 2,000 mm outfeed conveyor.

The film scrap is wound up automatically, and a cutting-error protection stops the seal bar if the panel is in the wrong place.

Drie modelopties

Model How the edges are closed Kies het wanneer
A: one sealer with two press devices seal bar, then press rollers after the tunnel standard doors and panels
Three-cutter version extra cutters trim the film at the cross section a smoother, less wrinkled end face is needed
Bewegingsafdichting the sealer moves with the panel; guard plates on the conveyor continuous flow from a production line

Toepassingen

Product Why shrink film
Interior and wooden doors keeps dust and scratches off the finish in storage and transport
Furniture panels and boards closed, tidy pack for retail
Aluminium or composite panels protects the faces; film follows the edges
EPS and insulation panels light panels held in a tight, clean pack
Thin flat objects the tunnel shrinks film on all sides of thin parts

Worked example: interior doors

Take interior doors 2,100 × 900 × 40 mm, about 30 kg each, in 60 micron PE film. These are illustrative customer figures, all inside the machine range.

Check Berekening Resultaat
Pitch, 400 mm gap 2,100 + 400 2,500 mm
Doors per minute at 5 m/min 5 2.5 ÷ 2
Doors per hour, conveyor limit 2 × 60 120
Time in the 2,500 mm tunnel 2.5 ÷ 5 × 60 30 s
Film length, 100 mm overhang each end 2,100 + 2 × 100 2,300 mm
Film area per web 2.3 × 1.7 3.91 m²
Two webs, upper and lower 2 × 3.91 7.82 m²
Film mass per door (PE 920 kg/m³) 7.82 × 0.00006 × 920 ongeveer 0.43 kg

Resultaat. At 5 m/min the line passes up to 120 doors an hour. With an upper and a lower web each door uses about 0.43 kg of film, so 1,000 doors a day take about 1,000 × 0.43 = 430 kg. The film layout for your panel is confirmed at quote. Real output depends on the seal cycle and loading, confirmed at quote.

Settings by panel thickness

Panel Film Tunnel
thin boards, 10–40 mm 40–60 micron lower end of 100–220 °C, faster conveyor
doors and panels, 40–100 mm 60–80 micron middle of the range
thick or heavy panels, 100–200 mm 80–100 micron higher temperature, slower conveyor

Start with these, then adjust: loose film needs more heat or a slower belt; holes need less heat or thicker film.

Selectie checklist

  1. Panel length, width and thickness range.
  2. Paneelgewicht.
  3. Panelen per uur.
  4. Filmtype en -dikte.
  5. Line connection: stand-alone or after a production line.
  6. Voeding en perslucht.

Veiligheid

We design to EN ISO 12100:2010, EN 415-10 for packaging machinery and EN 60204-1 for the electrical equipment. The seal bar, the hot tunnel and the press rollers are the hazards. Insulation keeps the heat inside the tunnel, and live electrical parts carry transparent covers and warning labels. Guards and CE documents are agreed per project.

Veelgestelde vragen over techniek

Q: Does the film close on all sides? A: Yes. The seal bar closes one side, the tunnel shrinks the film on all sides, and the press rollers weld the other sides. For the smoothest end faces, choose the three-cutter version.

Q: How long does a size change take? A: The sealing height and feed speed are adjustable; the time per change is confirmed at quote.

Q: Can it link to our production line? A: Yes. It is made to connect to a line for automatic shrink wrapping.

Q: What film does it use? A: PE shrink film on rolls, 40–100 micron for most panels.

Q: Can it pack panels wider than 1,300 mm? A: Larger sizes are made to order, confirmed at quote.
