Daļēja plēves iesaiņošana un iepakošana ar orbitālo iesaiņojumu

Kopsavilkums

Long, bundled loads such as pipe bundles need a protective cover over vulnerable areas without wrapping every piece by hand. This orbital wrapping machine runs a film head around the load while a chain conveyor feeds it through, applying stretch film across the surface. The wrap can stop as a partial band, covering the centre of the bundle while the ends stay open. Bundle size, film width and cover pattern are confirmed per project.

Saturs

Why partial wrap for long loads

A long bundle of pipes or profiles is awkward to cover because its length is far greater than its width, and stretching film over the whole piece by hand takes time and film. A partial cover protects the areas most likely to be scratched or marked while leaving the ends open for lifting and inspection.

An orbital wrapper applies the film automatically around the bundle, so the operator does not reach around a long rotating load by hand. Bundle length, diameter and film coverage are confirmed per project.

Ko mašīna dara

The machine is an orbital stretch wrapper for long loads. A ring-shaped film head rotates around the workpiece and applies stretch film from a roll mounted on the head, while a chain conveyor with carriers feeds the bundle through the ring.

The head and the conveyor work together, so the film lands across the bundle as it travels. The result is a protective band over the load, and the band can be positioned along the length. Bundle size and cover pattern are confirmed per project.

Orbital film head

The film head sits in a circular frame around the conveyor line. A film roll on the head feeds stretch film over the bundle as the ring turns, so the wrap is applied from the outside without moving the load.

The film unwinds close to the surface and layers build up as the ring rotates. Film width, stretch ratio and number of layers are confirmed per project.

Chain conveyor feeding

The bundle rides on a chain conveyor with white carriers that hold the long load horizontal while it moves into the ring. As the conveyor advances, fresh surface reaches the film head and the wrap extends along the bundle.

Feeding can pause so the machine covers the centre of the load as a partial band, leaving both ends open. Feed speed and stop positions are confirmed per project.

Ko rāda videoieraksti

Our footage shows a bundle of metal tubes on the conveyor, the ring wrapping the centre of the bundle with stretch film, and the load moving through on the chain conveyor. It is a general demonstration, so your bundle size, film width and cover pattern are confirmed with us per project.

Darbība un drošība

Place the bundle on the conveyor and start the cycle; the ring rotates around the load as it feeds through, and the operator checks the wrap from a clear position. Keep clear of the rotating ring and the moving bundle while the machine runs.

Routine checks cover the film head, the conveyor chain and the guards, per the machine manual. Confirm the bundle is seated on the carriers before each cycle.

Inženierijas bieži uzdotie jautājumi

Q: What does this machine do? A: It applies stretch film around a long bundle with a rotating orbital head.

Q: What does partial wrapping mean here? A: The ring can stop to cover the centre of the load, leaving the ends open.

Q: How does the load pass through? A: A chain conveyor feeds the bundle through the ring so film builds along its length. A full-length wrap covers the whole bundle for longer protection; a partial band is used when only the vulnerable middle needs covering.

Q: How does the film wrap around? A: The ring rotates around the stationary load and the film roll on the head feeds the cover.

Q: What does it suit? A: Long bundled tubes, pipe bundles and profiles that need spot protection before transport.
