Padangos ir padangų apvyniojimas: veikimas ir pritaikymas

Santrauka: This page is for anyone wrapping tires and asking how a tyre wrapping machine actually operates and where it is applied. It explains what the machine shown in the video does, why the tire turns while a film ring moves around it, and what applications follow from the footage. The video below shows one loading, wrapping and removal cycle on a black tire, and the photo on this page is a product-library reference image, not a still from the clip.

Ką šis puslapis padeda jums nuspręsti

Tires are bulky and awkward to wrap by hand, and an automatic machine does it in a single short cycle. The machine in the video wraps one tire per cycle with transparent film in several layers, and it is the kind of unit a tire plant or warehouse would use ahead of packing and dispatch.

This page separates what the machine reliably does from what the title promises. It explains the dual-axis motion, the applications that reasonably follow from the footage, and the six facts you should put to a supplier before you commit. The checklist at the bottom gives you a single request you can send as it stands.

What the tyre wrapping machine shown does

The machine shown wraps one tire at a time with transparent film. An operator in blue workwear places a black rubber tire into a rotating holder, steps back, and the machine starts automatically. Film is drawn from a supply reel above and applied around the tire in several turns while the tire spins on the holder. When the wrap is complete the machine stops and the operator removes the finished tire.

The machine is a blue painted metal frame in a vertical layout, with the tire held upright in the centre. A yellow metal tube guard fence surrounds the working area. A white control panel on the right carries a small display, round black buttons, and two round red buttons, one of which appears to be an emergency stop by its position and colour.

How the dual-axis wrap works

The unusual thing about this machine is that two things move at once, and the film ends up evenly applied because of it.

  • The tire spins on its holder about the tire’s own axis.
  • At the same time, a ring or arm moves around the tire while the film is applied.

Confirming the frames shows both motions together: the tire keeps turning while the film device works around it, building up several layers around the circumference. This is different from a machine where only the tire moves or only the ring moves, and it is why the wrap comes out even with a single pass of the film head.

What applications follow

The applications below follow from what the video shows. They are inferences from the footage, not claims made inside the video itself.

  • Padangų gamyklos — wrapping tires after the final inspection, before packing and dispatch.
  • Retreading and remanufacturing — protecting prepared tires in storage between process steps.
  • Sandėlis ir paskirstymas — keeping tires clean and bundled for shipment.

Each application shares the same need: an even, complete film cover applied without handling the tire by hand, which is what the clip demonstrates.

Ką reikia patikrinti prieš perkant

The video shows the operation, not the specification. Nothing on screen states tire size range, wrapping speed, film data or output rate, so those figures come from the supplier in writing. Start with six facts:

  • Padangos apvalkalas — minimum and maximum tire diameter, width and weight.
  • Pralaidumas — padangų per valandą.
  • Filmavimo sąranka — film type, width and number of wraps per tire.
  • Load/remove — whether loading and removal are manual, as shown.
  • Saugumas — the emergency stop shown on the panel, plus guards and certifications.
  • Applications fit — whether the machine matches your tire range and output.

Kiekvienas elementas pakeičia pirkimo sprendimą. Žemiau pateiktame kontroliniame sąraše jie pateikiami kaip vienas prašymas, kurį galite išsiųsti tokį, koks yra.

Ką rodo vaizdo įrašas

What the video shows is one complete cycle on an automatic tire wrapping machine. An operator places a black tire in the rotating holder while the yellow guard fence is open, then steps back as the machine starts.

Transparent film is drawn from a top reel and applied around the tire in several turns, while the tire spins on the holder and a ring or arm moves around it. As the wrap nears completion the film end is pulled taut and held, the machine stops, and the operator removes the wrapped tire.

What the video does not show is just as important. It does not show tire diameter, width or weight range, wrapping speed, tires per hour, film type, width or layer counts, model number, power or voltage. It does not show how the film end is sealed permanently, and it does not show guarding details beyond the visible fence or any certifications.

The machine has a blue painted metal frame in a vertical layout, with a rotating holder in the centre that grips and turns the tire. A ring or wrapping arm, appearing as a silver metal band in the footage, moves around the tire while the film is applied. The film is transparent and supplied from a reel on top.

The controls are a white panel at the right with a small unreadable display, round black buttons and two round red buttons, one apparently an emergency stop. The product is a black rubber tire with a typical tread pattern, of medium size relative to the machine. The photo on this page is a product-library reference image from the manufacturer, not a still from the clip.

Pirkėjo patvirtinimo kontrolinis sąrašas

Klauskite tiekėjo Kodėl tai lemia pirkimą
Min/max tire diameter, width, weight Whether the holder and ring match your tires
Tires per hour Whether it keeps pace with your output
Film type, width, wraps per tire The film is what protects the tire
Manual loading and removal? The video shows hand loading each cycle
Emergency stop and guards A red button is visible; confirm the rest
Tire range and applications fit Whether it suits your product line

Siųsti tiekėjui: Please confirm for the tyre and tire wrapping machine shown in the demonstration video: (1) the minimum and maximum tire diameter, width and weight; (2) tires per hour; (3) film type, width and number of wraps per tire; (4) whether loading and removal are manual as shown in the video; (5) fitted safety devices including the emergency stop, guards and certifications; (6) whether the machine matches our tire range and applications.

DUK

Does the tire rotate during wrapping? Yes. The video shows the tire spinning on its holder while a ring or arm moves around it at the same time, applying film in several layers.

What tire sizes does the machine handle? The video does not show limits. Ask for the minimum and maximum tire diameter, width and weight, and compare them against your tires.

Is loading and removal manual? In the video an operator places the tire in the holder and removes it after wrapping. Confirm whether your line needs this manual step or an automated infeed.

Kitas žingsnis

Send the supplier your tire sizes, weights and output target, and ask for the six verification figures from the checklist above.

Then confirm loading and removal, because the video shows manual handling each cycle and you need to know if an automated infeed is available.

Then ask about the film end sealing, since the durability of the finished wrap depends on how the film end is held. Use the kontaktas puslapis kad pradėtų tą mainą.
