Why an upender with a transfer trolley is useful

A steel coil changes orientation at least once between production and shipping. The classic problem: a coil arrives horizontally and must stand vertically for unloading or feeding, or the reverse. Doing that with a crane means suspended loads, rigging, and crews. The video shows a floor-level alternative — an upender rotates the coil, and a trolley moves it along a track, so the coil never hangs overhead.

The transfer trolley adds the second value: it turns the upender from a single-station machine into a transport system. The coil is rotated once, moved to the exact unloading point, and lowered into place.
