For factory engineers and purchasing managers planning a coil packing line, our hose wrapping machines wrap film through the eye of a hose or plastic pipe coil. The wrap itself takes 20–35 s per coil on the FPH-200N, so loading and unloading usually decide output per shift. We size the station around coil weight, operator moves and changeovers.

Kaip veikia ritės įvynioklis

The coil sits on drive rollers; the ring opens through the coil eye. As rollers turn the coil and the ring rotates, film spirals through the eye and around the wall until the whole coil is covered. On the FPH-300N a brake keeps the film running smoothly and the wrapping tension is adjustable.

Because the coil turns while the ring rotates, each pass of film lands at a new point; ring and roller speeds together set the coverage. The video shows this on a black pipe coil.

Example: a 15 kg garden hose coil of 300 mm ID and 500 mm OD fits the FPH-200N. A 60 kg pipe coil needs the FPH-300N because it is over 30 kg.

These are run-time figures before breaks and film roll changes. An automatic film cutter and feeder removes the film-start and film-cut steps; conveyors remove the lifting.

Ričių dydžių keitimas

The FPH-300N’s reset returns the ring to its start position, making changeovers between different hose coils fast. Speed is set by a frequency converter and overlap adjusts from 10% to 90% — lighter for short-haul coils, heavier for export. It runs in manual or automatic mode. We confirm the FPH-200N’s changeover features in the proposal.

The FPH-300N has a safety guardrail, and its options include a light beam and a logo tape applicator. The applicable standards depend on the destination market. For CE markets, ISO 12100 sets the risk-assessment method and EN 415-10 sets general requirements for packaging machines, used as a design reference rather than evidence of certification of a single unit; grid supply varies by region, so confirm yours when ordering.
