Santrauka: This page is for anyone packing tires for storage or shipment, or adding an automatic wrapping step to a tire line. It explains what an automatic tyre packing machine does, why the machine in the video rotates the tire while film is applied, and what to verify with a supplier before you commit. The video below shows one machine wrapping two tires in a row, and the photos on this page are product-library reference images, not stills from the clip.

Ką šis puslapis padeda jums nuspręsti
A tire without protection picks up dirt in storage and scuffs in handling, and a stack of tires without film sheds dust and marks. An automatic tyre packing machine puts a film wrap around each tire on the line, and the machine in the video shows the whole cycle twice in under a minute.
This page turns that machine into questions you can ask a supplier: what tire sizes it accepts, how the wrap is applied, whether the film cut is automatic, and what safety devices it fits. The checklist at the bottom gives you a single request you can send as it stands.
What an automatic tyre packing machine does
An automatic tyre packing machine wraps a tire with transparent film to protect it in storage and transit. The tire rides in on a roller conveyor, a mechanical arm with two clamps grips it, and the arm rotates the tire while film is released from an overhead reel and wraps around the circumference. The clamps then open and the wrapped tire continues along the conveyor, and the cycle repeats with the next tire.
In the video, the machine wraps two tires in a row. A black tire sits on the roller conveyor, and the arm’s two white clamps descend and grip both sides of the tire. The arm rotates the tire while transparent film wraps its circumference, and then the clamps open and the wrapped tire moves on. The arm returns and grips the next tire.
That is the core value: the tire is wrapped while it stays on the line, without an operator turning the tire by hand.
The figure below shows the machine class in a packing-line context.
Clamp-and-rotate versus other designs
Tyre wrapping machines come in two broad styles, and this video settles the question clearly.
- Clamp-and-rotate (seen here) — the tire is gripped and rotated while film is applied. The tire turns; the film reel stays above the arm.
- Stationary tire with orbiting film head — the tire stays still and the film-applying mechanism orbits around it. Not shown in this clip.
The distinction matters for two reasons. First, clamping and rotating the tire suits a round, balanced product, and it keeps the film-applying mechanism simple. Second, the floor area and the mass that has to move are different between the two designs, so the choice affects both footprint and price. Confirm which style the model you are quoted uses.
What the film protects
The film does its work around the tire’s outer surface. In storage, a wrapped tire stays clean and does not take marks from the tire above it in a stack. In transit, the film holds the surface clear of scuffs and keeps dust out of the tread area.
The wrap is only one step; tires still need stable stacking behind it. The film keeps the tire itself clean, but how the wrapped tires are lifted and stacked is a separate decision, so plan the handling step together with the wrap station.
Ką reikia patikrinti prieš perkant
The video shows the wrapping action, not the specification. Nothing on screen states tire size range, capacity, film data or safety devices, so those figures come from the supplier in writing. Start with six facts:
- Padangos apvalkalas — maximum tire diameter, width and weight the machine accepts.
- Pralaidumas — tires per hour at your tire size.
- Filmavimo sąranka — film type, width and number of wrap layers.
- Filmo apdaila — whether film start, cutting and end sealing are automatic.
- Linijų integracija — how the station connects to your conveyor and packing steps.
- Saugos paketas — emergency stops, guarding and certifications, which are not visible in this clip.
Kiekvienas elementas pakeičia pirkimo sprendimą. Žemiau pateiktame kontroliniame sąraše jie pateikiami kaip vienas prašymas, kurį galite išsiųsti tokį, koks yra.
Ką rodo vaizdo įrašas
What the video shows is an automatic clamp-and-rotate tyre packing machine running its cycle twice. A black tire with a visible tread lies flat on the roller conveyor.
The mechanical arm’s two white clamps descend and grip both sides of the tire. The arm rotates the tire while transparent film is released from the overhead reel and wraps the circumference, and then the clamps open and the wrapped tire moves on along the conveyor. The arm returns and grips the next tire.
What the video does not show is just as important. It does not show hourly capacity, maximum tire size or weight, full cycle time, film type or width, the number of wrap layers, model number, power or voltage, machine footprint, or any certifications. It does not show an emergency stop, guarding or light curtains. A control panel is not clearly visible in the footage.
The machine has a blue and yellow painted metal frame in a long layout, with the roller conveyor passing through it. The arm above the conveyor carries two white clamps, and the film reel sits above the arm.
A worker in an orange helmet and blue workwear stands by the machine, and another worker adjusts equipment in the background.

Pirkėjo patvirtinimo kontrolinis sąrašas
| Klauskite tiekėjo | Kodėl tai lemia pirkimą |
|---|---|
| Max tire diameter, width, weight | Whether the machine holds your tire mix |
| Tires per hour at your size | Ar jis neatsilieka nuo jūsų linijos |
| Plėvelės tipas, plotis ir sluoksnių skaičius | The wrap is what protects the tire |
| Automatinis plėvelės paleidimas, pjovimas, užbaigimas | Pašalina rankinio apdailos veiksmus |
| Conveyor and line integration | How the station connects to your packing steps |
| Saugumas: avarinio sustojimo sistema, apsauga, sertifikatai | Šiame klipe nematyti, patvirtinkite raštu |
Siųsti tiekėjui: Please confirm for an automatic tyre packing machine: (1) maximum tire diameter, width and weight; (2) tires per hour at our tire size; (3) film type, width and number of wrap layers; (4) whether film start, cutting and end sealing are automatic; (5) conveyor feed and line integration requirements; (6) fitted safety devices (emergency stops, guarding) and certifications. Our tires are [type], diameter [X] mm, width [X] mm, weight up to [X] kg.
DUK
Does the machine rotate the tire while wrapping? Yes, in this video. The clamps grip the tire and the arm rotates it while film is applied. If a stationary-tire design suits your line better, ask the supplier to compare the two styles.
What tire sizes and weights does it accept? The video does not show limits. Ask for the maximum tire diameter, width and weight, and compare them against your mix.
How many tires per hour can it do? The video does not show a capacity figure. Ask for throughput at your tire size, because the number depends on diameter and the number of film layers.

Kitas žingsnis
Send the supplier your tire mix: diameters, widths, weights and daily volumes, and ask for the six verification figures from the checklist above.
Then confirm which design you are quoted, because the video shows a clamp-and-rotate machine and that affects footprint and price.
Then plan the handling step, because the film wraps the tire but stacking is a separate decision. Use the kontaktas puslapis kad pradėtų tą mainą.
