The FPW2500 is an pre-strand steel wire coil packaging machine. The wrapping station can be moable for coil loading, unloading and wrapping. The entire wrapping process is computer-controlled for precision and efficiency. The machine features an indexing rotate ring and wrapping arms that apply stable wrapping tension. It protects the wire surface from scratches and damages. With a high wrapping speed of 18 seconds per cycle, the FPW2500 increases throughput and reduces labor costs for wire manufacturers. It is an ideal solution for packaging medium to large-sized steel wire coils.
