# **Horizontal type steel wire winding and strapping machine**
**The machine incudes the automatic wire winding and strapping with automation control system as follow:**
**M****achine details:**
1: meter counter:
It is for checking the length fo the wire length per setting so that signal feedback to the cutting and winding devices. The length counter is precisely upto centimeter. up and down wheel are made with aluminum alloy material, up wheel is sprayed with ceramic and hardness process, down wheel is covered with strong glue to prevent hurting wire,install single direction bearing to prevent wire inversion
2. coiling head:
Coil head is able up and down movement for take of the wire coil and fixing the wire head in the begining. By control wire take-up, pay-off and automatically open and close, the coiling head for coiling the steel wire with servo system for the nice and regular wire coil shape.
3 .Holder:
Computer control houlder for clamping the wire coil and moving to the strapping station with servo motor drives,
4\. Automatic cutter:
It is automatic cutting wire when wire coil reach to program setting. The Cutter is made with special alloy steel with vacuum heating processed for higher hardness and longer lifetime.
5\. Control system:
The coiling and strapping procession and control under human-computer interface, PLC and servo system. On touch screen, the winding speed , wire reel length ,alarm , speed adjust, indicator , emergent stop and reset etc function can be setting or change. Also it can change wire coil size by reel length , wire diameter adjustment with wire speed during machine running.
