A worker in a yellow hard hat places a black tire on the roller conveyor under the orange and silver arms of our wrapping machine. The arms close in and blue film wraps around the tire, with a printed yellow band laid over it.
The wrap builds up while the tire is held on the conveyor. When it is covered, the arms move back and the tire is ready to run on. A white control panel with a green lamp, a display and buttons stands on the right, and a frame surrounds the wrapping unit.
How the inline tire wrap works

The tire never leaves the roller conveyor, so the wrapper can sit inline between upstream and downstream stations.

The arms close on the tire and the wrapping unit moves round it. Keep hands off the tire once the cycle starts, and place or remove tires only with the arms open and stopped.
