Macchina per l'imballaggio e la fasciatura di tubi in PVC: tecnologia e migliori pratiche

Sintesi

Small PVC, PPR and PE pipes leave the extruder faster than people can count, bundle and bag them. Our PVC pipe bundling and bagging machine takes the cut pipes, counts them to a set number, binds the bundle and pulls a PE bag over it. One machine replaces the counting table, the strapping and the manual bag filling.

White pipes roll down a long sloped table into the bundling frame, where a touch-screen panel sets the count. Beside the panel a film ring and a bag roll stand ready at the bagging station. The long white frame carries the bundle along its length, and the open electrical cabinet shows the PLC and pneumatic valves.

Sommario

Why automate counting and bagging

Hand counting gives bundles with one pipe too many or too few, and loose bags tear in handling. The machine counts by program, so every bundle carries the same number, and the bag is pulled over a bundle that is already bound with stretch film. The bag keeps pipe ends clean and the print or label on it identifies the bundle.

Sequenza macchina

  1. Cut pipes roll from the extruder table onto the sloped in-feed.
  2. The counter lets the set number of pipes into the bundling frame.
  3. The bundle is bound with LLDPE stretch film at set points.
  4. The bag is opened from the roll and pulled over the bundle.
  5. The bag is sealed and cut, and the bundle is pushed out.
  6. The next bundle is already being counted.

Air consumption at 5–7 bar, the bag form (tube film or pre-made bags) and the allowed pipe bow are set to your pipe and confirmed at quote. Single-pipe bagging can also be built; voltage and frequency follow your plant, confirmed at quote.

Bundle and bag sizing

Pipes per bundle ≈ 0.9 × (bundle OD ÷ pipe OD)²

Bag flat width ≈ π × bundle OD ÷ 2

Example only: a 225 mm bundle of 32 mm pipe gives 0.9 × (225 ÷ 32)² ≈ 0.9 × 49 ≈ 44 pipes. The bag needs a flat width of about π × 225 ÷ 2 ≈ 353 mm. The bag width for your bundle OD is confirmed at quote.

Matching the extrusion line

Pipes per minute from the line = line speed ÷ pipe length

Example only: a line running 12 m/min with 4 m pipes gives 3 pipes per minute. A 44-pipe bundle then takes about 15 minutes to fill, far above the machine’s one bundle per minute, so one bagger can serve several lines. With 20 mm pipe at 24 m/min and 3 m length the line gives 8 pipes per minute, and the counting table is the part to size.

Lista di controllo per la selezione

  1. Pipe OD range and material.
  2. Pipe length range.
  3. Pipes per bundle or bundle OD.
  4. Line speed and number of lines.
  5. Bag material, print and label.
  6. Out-feed: stacking table or conveyor.

Sicurezza

We design to EN ISO 12100:2010 for risk assessment, EN 415-10 for packaging machine safety and EN 60204-1 for the electrical equipment. Guards cover the binding and sealing stations, and the counting table stops when a guard is opened.

FAQ di ingegneria

Q: Can it change bundle counts between orders? A: Yes, the count is set on the touch screen.

Q: Is the stretch film needed if the pipe is bagged? A: It holds the bundle tight so the bag can be pulled over and the pipes do not slide out.

Q: Can it bag one large pipe? A: Yes, a single-pipe version can be made.
