Why sleeve-wrap buckets
Buckets for paint, lubricant, food and chemicals stand in storage and move between filling, warehousing and dispatch. An open body and a printed label pick up dust, moisture and handling marks during those moves.
A tight shrink sleeve keeps the body clean, protects the label and makes the pack visibly damaged before it can be opened. The machine forms the sleeve in a single pass, so the job that is slow by hand runs continuously. Film grade and coverage are confirmed per project.

The machine is a shrink sleeve line laid out in a straight run for cylindrical buckets. An infeed roller conveyor brings each bucket under an overhead film reel, the film is drawn down to form a sleeve over the bucket, and a heated zone shrinks the film onto the body.
The wrapped bucket leaves on the outfeed side for collection. Bucket diameter, height and line speed are confirmed per project.
How it works: film reel and heat zone
A film reel and guide rollers sit above the line at the infeed end. As the bucket rolls in, the film pays off the reel and is drawn down over the bucket, so a sleeve of film covers the body while the bucket is still on the conveyor.
The conveyor then carries the bucket into the heated zone, where the film shrinks and tightens onto the surface. A vertical control box on the machine side carries the push buttons, setting knobs and a digital display for the line, and cooling fans on the frame vent the heat zone. Film length and heat output are confirmed per project.
Ciclo e controllo
The operator places the bucket upright on the infeed rollers and starts the cycle. The film sleeve forms over the bucket, the conveyor carries it through the heated zone, the film shrinks tight, and the wrapped bucket exits for collection.
The panel on the side starts the conveyor and the heat zone, with knobs for the cycle settings. An emergency stop button at the bottom of the panel halts the machine, and the display shows the values for the running cycle. Cycle time is confirmed per project.

Funzionamento e sicurezza
Place the bucket on the infeed rollers, start the cycle, and collect the wrapped bucket at the outfeed. Keep hands clear of the heat zone and the film path during the run, and use the emergency stop button if the film jams.
Allow the heated zone to cool before cleaning, and check the film reel, rollers and fans, per the machine manual. Confirm each bucket is seated before the next cycle starts.
