macchina imballatrice automatica per bobine di pneumatici online

Sintesi

An online tyre packing machine wraps each tyre as it travels on the conveyor, so packing keeps pace with the line without manual handling. The tyre passes through a rotating ring that lays film around the tread and through the bore. This page covers the line layout, the tyre range and cycle time, and how to work out hourly output.

Car tyres lie flat on a belt and roller conveyor and pass through a vertical wrapping ring inside a mesh guard fence. Each tyre leaves fully covered in clear film, and the next one is already waiting.

Why wrap tyres online

Unwrapped tyres collect dust, pick up marks in the warehouse and look worn before they are sold. Wrapping by hand at the end of the line is slow and the film coverage varies. An online wrapper takes tyres straight from the conveyor, wraps each one the same way and passes it on to stacking or palletising.

Come funziona la linea

  1. Alimentazione: tyres arrive flat on the belt conveyor.
  2. Posizione: the roller conveyor brings the tyre into the ring and supports hold it steady.
  3. Avvolgere: the ring turns and lays film through the bore and around the tread while the rollers turn the tyre.
  4. Cut and hold: the film is cut and the tail is held on the package.
  5. Uscita: the wrapped tyre moves on, and the ring returns to its start position for the next one.

Inverters give the ring and rollers a soft start and stop. The machine runs in automatic or semi-automatic mode.

Tyre range and specs

Reference figures from our FPT-200 tyre wrapper; the online version is sized to your tyres at quote.

Articolo FPT-200 tyre wrapper
ID pneumatico 300–700 mm
Diametro esterno del pneumatico 510–800 mm
Larghezza del pneumatico 40–250 mm
Peso del pneumatico 10-30 kg
Velocità dell'anello 0–120 giri/min
Velocità di avvolgimento 18–30 sec/pcs
sovrapposizione 10-80%
Potenza 1.5kW
Tensione AC 380 V / 50 Hz or to order
Materiali Necessari PE, stretch film, knit belt, PP, paper

Logo tape can be applied over the tread at the same time as the film. If your tyre diameter changes often on one line, we recommend motorised adjustment of the support rollers so size changes need no manual setting.

Throughput

Tyres per hour = 3,600 ÷ (wrap time + conveyor index time, in seconds). Ignoring index time gives the gross rate: at 30 s per tyre: 3,600 ÷ 30 = 120 tyres per hour. At 18 s: 3,600 ÷ 18 = 200 tyres per hour. Real output is lower by the time the conveyor needs to move the next tyre into the ring. Higher overlap means more ring turns per tyre and a longer cycle, so set the overlap to the protection you need.

Lista di controllo per la selezione

  1. Tyre ID, OD and width range?
  2. Tyre weight range?
  3. Line speed, tyres per hour?
  4. Film, knit belt or paper?
  5. Logo tape needed?
  6. Stacking or palletising after wrapping?

Sicurezza

The machine is designed to EN ISO 12100:2010 for risk assessment, EN 415-10 for packaging machine safety and EN 60204-1 for electrical equipment. The rotating ring is the main hazard. The wrap zone is fenced with guardrails, and moving parts are covered.

FAQ di ingegneria

Q: How long does one tyre take? A: 18–30 seconds on our FPT-200, depending on size and overlap.

Q: Can the operator run single cycles? A: Yes; in semi-automatic mode the operator starts each wrap cycle, and in automatic mode the line runs on its own.

Q: Can it wrap truck tyres? A: The FPT-200 covers 510–800 mm OD; larger tyres need a bigger ring, confirmed at quote.

Q: How is overlap set? A: By inverter speed of the ring and rollers, 10–80%.
