Come l'involucro fa un fascio
La nostra avvolgitrice orizzontale automatica è dotata di nastri trasportatori motorizzati di alimentazione e scarico su entrambi i lati dell'anello. Un sensore a fotocellula imposta la posizione di confezionamento, l'anello avvolge a spirale il film attorno al pacco mentre il nastro trasportatore lo sposta, e la taglierina e l'alimentatore automatici tagliano il film all'estremità. Gli inverter regolano la velocità dell'anello e del nastro trasportatore.
Le guide laterali verticali mantengono il fascio sull'asse centrale del nastro trasportatore mentre entra nell'anello. Il nostro video mostra un fascio di sei tubi legato e avvolto in questo modo, e l'operatore che carica un nuovo rotolo di pellicola all'interno dell'alloggiamento dell'anello.
Diametro esterno del fascio dal conteggio dei tubi
Il diametro esterno del fascio (OD) è il diametro del cerchio più piccolo che lo circonda. Per un fascio esagonale di sette tubi, uno al centro e sei attorno ad esso, il diametro esterno è pari a tre diametri dei tubi. Esempi illustrativi:

Scegliete la E400 per pacchi di larghezza superiore a 300 mm, oppure quando preferite carta, PP o tessuto al posto della pellicola.
Tempo di ciclo
La sovrapposizione limita innanzitutto la velocità. Avanzamento per giro dell'anello = velocità di avvolgimento ÷ velocità dell'anello, quindi a 90 giri/min una pellicola da 200 mm con una sovrapposizione del 50% (a titolo di esempio) consente 100 mm per giro, ovvero 9 m/min.
Tempo di percorrenza = lunghezza del fascio ÷ velocità. Per un fascio di 6 m (a titolo di esempio):
- **At 9 m/min (50% overlap):** 6 ÷ 9 = 0.67 min, or 40 s.
- **At 12 m/min (top conveyor speed, lower overlap):** 6 ÷ 12 = 0.5 min, or 30 s.
Le nostre pagine indicano velocità di avvolgimento fino a 15 m/min (E300) e 25 m/min (E400), superiori alla velocità del nastro trasportatore di 6-12 m/min. Questi valori massimi si applicano solo con sovrapposizione ridotta e con nastri trasportatori compatibili, pertanto la velocità effettiva viene verificata tramite una prova. Il taglio della pellicola e il trasferimento del pacco si aggiungono a ogni ciclo.
Caricamento della pellicola e allestimento giornaliero
The operator's main jobs are loading film and setting the recipe:
1. **Load the roll.** The material frame takes several types of film, and the roll mounts on its core shaft inside the ring housing.
2. **Set the tension.** Packing material tension is adjustable.
3. **Set the overlap.** Overlap is adjustable from 10% to 90%.
4. **Check the reset.** The ring returns to its wrapping position automatically, so the cutter and feeder can clamp the film for the next bundle.

Una ringhiera di protezione tutela l'operatore e un indicatore attiva automaticamente un allarme in caso di guasto. Gli standard applicabili dipendono dal mercato di destinazione. A: About 40 s at 9 m/min with 50% overlap, or 30 s at 12 m/min with less overlap, before film cut and transfer.
