Sintesi
An autobag machine for 3C electronic products opens a pre-made bag from a roll, takes a counted or weighed portion of parts, seals the bag and drops it, at 25–30 bags per minute on our tabletop models (20–25 with printing). Connectors, cables, adapters and small accessories leave the line in clean, labelled bags without hand filling. This page covers the cycle, counting and weighing, bag choice for electronics and how to size the bag.
A black tabletop bagger opens each clear bag, receives a portion of small connectors from the feeder beside it, seals the bag and drops it onto the tray. The sealed bags collect in a box, each holding the same count of parts.

Why bag 3C parts automatically
Hand bagging small electronic parts is slow, counts drift, and bare hands leave dust and static on contacts. An autobagger gives every bag the same count, a clean seal and, on printing models, a label printed on the bag itself. One operator can supervise feeding and bagging instead of filling bags one by one.
Il ciclo di insacchettamento
- Aperto: the next bag on the roll is indexed and blown open under the funnel.
- Fill: a counter, scale or rotary feeder drops one portion into the bag.
- Foca: the bag is sealed and torn from the roll.
- Far cadere: the full bag falls onto the tray or outfeed conveyor.
- Print (option): printing models print text or barcodes on the bag before it is filled.
Cycles start by foot switch, start button or a signal from the feeder.

Count or weigh
To catch one missing part by weight, scale resolution must be better than half a part. For a 2 g part, the check-weigher must resolve better than 1 g; a bag of 50 parts then weighs 50 × 2 = 100 g, and a bag at 98 g is flagged (example only). The parts themselves vary too: the spread of a bag grows with √N, so with 0.05 g spread per part, 50 parts spread about √50 × 0.05 ≈ 0.35 g, safely under the 1 g limit. If the parts vary more than that, count instead of weigh. Optical or vibratory counters suit larger parts; weighing suits tiny parts in high counts. The feeder choice is confirmed at quote with your parts.
Bags for electronics
| Tipo di borsa | Usa il |
|---|---|
| Clear PE | general accessories, cables |
| Anti-static (ESD) poly | boards, connectors, sensitive parts |
| Schermatura statica | components that must not see a field |
| Barriera anti-umido | parts sensitive to humidity |
Specify the ESD bag to ANSI/ESD S541 where your customer requires it. All are available on rolls for our baggers, so changing bag type is a roll change, not a machine change.
Bag size and output
Bag width ≥ heap width + about 30 mm clearance. A portion that spreads to 80 × 120 mm needs a bag at least 80 + 30 = 110 mm wide, so a 120 × 180 mm bag works (example only).
Bags per hour = 3,600 ÷ cycle time in seconds. A 2.4 s cycle gives 3,600 ÷ 2.4 = 1,500 bags per hour, or 25 bags per minute, the low end of the FP-A08 range.
Lista di controllo per la selezione
- Part type, size and weight?
- Parts per bag, and count or weight check?
- Bag type: clear, ESD, shielding or moisture barrier?
- Bags per hour?
- Print on the bag: text, barcode, size of print area?
- Feeding: manual, vibratory, rotary or scale?
Sicurezza
The machine is designed to EN ISO 12100:2010 for risk assessment, EN 415-10 for packaging machine safety and EN 60204-1 for electrical equipment. The sealing jaws are the main pinch and heat hazard, so they sit behind a clear guard, and the feeder has its own stop.
FAQ di ingegneria
Q: How fast is it? A: 25–30 bags per minute on FP-A08 and FP-A012; 20–25 on printing models.
Q: Can it print on the bag? A: Yes, printing models print on areas of 53 × 125 mm or 107 × 250 mm.
Q: Does it use anti-static bags? A: Yes, ESD, shielding and moisture barrier bags on rolls.
Q: What bag sizes fit? A: 60–200 mm wide (up to 300 mm on printing models) and 100–400 mm long.
