What the operation tells an operator

  • Film attachment is the quality-critical step. If the film end is not seated in the sealing mechanism, the first wraps can slip, and the whole load can loosen during rotation. The video shows the operator doing this before starting the cycle.
  • The machine handles the wrap pattern. With automatic mode, the operator does not need to control the carriage by hand; the machine applies the spiral with top and bottom wraps. The operator’s job is to set the load up correctly and supervise the cycle.
