Aplikator penyadapan film semi-otomatis pada profil aluminium

Ringkasan Eksekutif

A semi-automatic film applicator covers up to four sides of an aluminum or uPVC profile with protective film in one pass. The operator feeds the profile, and a variable-frequency motor sets the line speed to suit the film and the profile. Our equivalent solution is built for window, door and building profiles. Below we cover the four-side film path, how to set speed and tension, how to stop wrinkles and bubbles, and how to plan film rolls for a shift.

The applicator is a long orange frame with silver rollers, guides and clamps along its centre line. Red film rolls are mounted at the side, and the film runs from them through guide rollers onto the faces of the profile.

A stainless steel control box at one end carries a display, green start and red stop buttons, a power switch and an emergency stop. An operator feeds the profile in by hand, and it travels along the frame as the film goes on.

Daftar Isi

Four-side film path

Each face to be covered has its own film roll and its own pressing roller. The rolls sit at the side of the frame, and guide rollers turn the film to meet the face at the right angle. The four stations are set along the frame one after another, so each face is filmed in turn as the profile passes. Faces that stay hidden after installation can be left bare by switching off their station.

  1. Top face: pressing roller from above.
  2. Two side faces: pressing rollers from left and right.
  3. Bottom face: pressing roller from below, with the profile carried on the guides.

Aluminum and uPVC profiles

The same applicator covers anodised or powder-coated aluminum and uPVC window profiles. The difference is in the film, not the machine. uPVC faces are softer and can carry static, so dust under the film shows more. Aluminum faces are harder but mark easily if a guide rubs them. Rubber-faced rollers and clean guides matter on both.

Variable-speed feed

A variable-frequency motor drives the feed rollers, so the line speed is set on the panel instead of by a gearbox change. Run slower for wide films, soft films and complex faces, where the film needs time to lay flat. Run faster for narrow film on flat faces. Set the speed so the operator can feed the next profile without a gap or a pile-up at the entrance.

Film tension and pressure

Two settings decide how the film lies: the brake on the film roll and the force on the pressing roller.

Pengaturan Terlalu rendah Terlalu tinggi
Roll brake (film tension) film runs slack, wrinkles along the face film stretches, then shrinks back and lifts at the ends
Tekanan rol air trapped under the film roller marks on soft faces

Set the brake first with the line running, then add roller pressure until the film is flat with no trapped air.

Wrinkles, bubbles and lifting edges

Cacat Penyebab umum Memperbaiki
Wrinkles along the face low tension or film off-centre raise brake, re-centre the guide roller
gelembung low roller pressure or dust raise pressure, clean the face before the infeed
Lifting edges film overhang beyond the face, or too much roll tension narrower film, lower brake
Film tears at the cut film bridging a groove narrower film on grooved faces

Most problems show on the first metre, so check a short test piece after every film or profile change.

Output and film rolls per shift

Time per profile = profile length ÷ line speed + feed gap. Film per profile = profile length × number of filmed faces. Take a 6 m profile at 10 m/min with a 4 s feed gap, four faces filmed (example):

Memeriksa Perhitungan Hasil
Time per profile 6 ÷ 10 × 60 + 4 40 s
Profiles per hour 3,600 40 90
Film per profil 6 m × 4 24 m
Film per hour 90 × 24 m 2,160 m

The formula assumes a steady feed speed and an even hand-feeding rhythm. Each face uses its own roll, so roll changes come per face.

The line speed range, the profile cross-section limits, the film roll core and outer diameter, and the film cutting method between profiles are confirmed at quote. For comparison, our automatic applicator takes profiles 10–200 mm wide and 10–150 mm high.

Daftar periksa pemilihan

  1. Profile drawings with the faces to cover.
  2. Profile material: aluminum finish or uPVC.
  3. Panjang profil.
  4. Profiles per shift.
  5. Film type and width per face.
  6. Whether a later move to automatic feed is planned.

Safety/keselamatan

The applicator is designed to EN ISO 12100:2010 for risk assessment, EN 415-10 for general packaging machine safety and EN 60204-1 for the electrical equipment. The nip between the pressing rollers and the profile is the main hazard. Guards and clamps cover the moving parts, with guard openings sized to ISO 13857 reach distances, and the emergency stop is on the control box within reach of the operator. Guarding and CE documents are agreed per project.

Pertanyaan yang Sering Diajukan (FAQ) tentang Teknik

Q: How many sides can be filmed in one pass? A: Up to four, each with its own film roll and pressing roller.

Q: How is the speed set? A: On the panel; a variable-frequency motor drives the feed.

Q: Does it work on uPVC profiles? A: Yes, the same machine covers aluminum and uPVC profiles with the right film.

Q: Why does the film lift at the ends? A: Usually too much roll tension, so the stretched film shrinks back. Lower the brake.

Q: When should I go automatic? A: When one operator cannot feed fast enough. Our automatic applicator takes profiles from the roller conveyor, pre-cuts the film to each measured length by servo and runs 10–12 pieces a minute on 6 m profiles.
