> Light cartons and paper products are easy to crush and easy to pull out of line, so the wrapper has to hold them gently and pull film softly. Our horizontal stretch wrapper carries the product through a rotating ring on powered conveyors while the film spirals around it. Film tension is set at the tensioner, and overlap is adjustable from **10% to 90%**. The model is chosen by the product's diagonal: the E100 takes 50–100 mm, the E300 100–300 mm.

Cara kerja pembungkus horizontal
Produk bergerak di atas konveyor pemasukan menuju stasiun pembungkus, di mana sebuah cincin yang membawa gulungan film berputar mengelilinginya. Saat konveyor menggerakkan produk ke depan, film tersebut terbentang dalam bentuk spiral. Sebuah fotosel menentukan di mana pembungkus dimulai dan kapan film dipotong. Pengumpan otomatis menjepit ujung film untuk produk berikutnya dan memotong film di belakang produk yang sudah selesai, sehingga mesin beroperasi tanpa operator di cincin tersebut.
Dalam video kami, sebuah karton bergerak di atas konveyor, dibungkus dengan film transparan di dalam lingkaran, dan keluar dalam keadaan terpotong dan terbungkus di sisi yang berlawanan. Mengapa produk ringan perlu perawatan?

Konveyor dirancang untuk melindungi permukaan produk, dan bagian masuk serta keluarnya digerakkan oleh tenaga. Produk selalu didorong melalui cincin, bukan ditarik oleh lapisan film.
Memilih model berdasarkan diagonal
Produk harus dapat melewati cincin tersebut, jadi ukuran yang penting adalah diagonalnya, √(lebar² + tinggi²), bukan lebarnya. Contoh ilustratif: sebuah karton dengan lebar 200 mm dan tinggi 150 mm memiliki diagonal 250 mm.

Both models wrap products longer than 1,000 mm. Check your largest product against the diagonal range, and your lightest against the minimum weight: 8 kg on the E100 and 15 kg on the E300. "Light" here means light for its size, not below that minimum. Send us anything lighter so we can check how it sits on the conveyor before we quote.

That speed sits inside the E300's 5–15 m/min wrapping range. The wrapping speed is the product's advance while the ring turns. The 6–12 m/min conveyor speed is how fast the infeed and outfeed conveyors run. For lighter dust protection, a lower overlap lets the conveyor run faster for the same ring speed.

Kontrol dan keamanan
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) menjalankan proses pembungkusan sesuai program pengemasan Anda, dengan fotosel untuk posisi pembungkusan dan pengaturan waktu pemotongan. Kesalahan akan ditampilkan pada indikator dan dalam program, dan panel kontrol terpisah dari cincin pembungkus untuk memudahkan pengoperasian dan perawatan.
