Ringkasan Eksekutif
The FHOPE door packing machine covers each door in shrink film from a top and a bottom roll, seals and cuts the film round it, then shrinks it tight in a hot-air tunnel. Our economic door shrink line takes doors 600–1,250 mm wide and 20–60 mm thick, with a 100–220°C tunnel and a conveyor of 0–12 m/min. A worked example sizes the film per door and the time in the tunnel.

Why doors are shrink packed
A finished door is easily marked. Corners chip, faces scratch and dust settles on the paint before it reaches site. A shrink-film package fits tight on every face and edge, keeps out dust and moisture, and leaves the door visible for checking and labelling.
A tight package also stacks well. Loose film catches on the next door; shrunk film does not.
Our door sealing and shrinking line
The line is a light-blue frame on a roller conveyor. At the in-feed, film comes from a top roll and a bottom roll on the film stand, so the door runs in between two layers. The sealing unit cuts and seals the film across the door, joining the top and bottom webs at the leading and trailing ends.
The door then runs on into the shrink tunnel, an enclosed hot-air box with a fan on the side. A control panel with a touch screen, a digital temperature controller and an E-stop sits at the operator side.
Packing one door
- Makan. Place the door on the in-feed conveyor; a photocell finds its position.
- Penutup The door runs between the top and bottom film.
- Segel dan potong. A hot blade seals the top and bottom film together and cuts the door free.
- Menyusut. In the tunnel, hot air shrinks the film tight round the door.
- Halus. At the exit, two vertical press rollers smooth the film edges.
Door shrink line data
From our economic type door shrink packing machine:
| Barang | Nilai |
|---|---|
| Lebar pintu | 600 – 1,250 mm |
| Ketebalan pintu | 20 – 60 mm |
| Panjang pintu | confirmed at quote (motion-sealer version up to 2,500 mm) |
| Tinggi meja kerja | 800 mm |
| Film | PE shrink film, 30–80 µm |
| Kecepatan konveyor | 0–12 m/menit, dapat disesuaikan |
| Suhu terowongan | 100 – 220 ° C |
| Shrinking power | 37 kW |
| Sumber Daya listrik | 380 V, 50/60 Hz, 3 fase |
On this economic line the long side edges close by shrinkage. For a fully sealed four-side pack we build a version with a long sealer and two motion sealers, taking doors up to 1,250 × 2,500 mm, with a 2,600 × 1,600 × 1,300 mm tunnel and a cooling section after it.
Why the tunnel and out-feed are as long as the door
For heavy doors we size the tunnel so the whole door is inside it during shrinking, for example a tunnel 3,000 mm long. The out-feed conveyor after it is also made 3,000 mm long. Without it, the last quarter of the door waits at the tunnel exit and gets about 10 s less heat than the rest, and that shows as a slack or uneven finish.
Doors up to 120 kg need heavy-duty conveyors, especially inside the tunnel, or the rollers wear and fail early.
Worked example: a 2,100 × 900 mm door
Illustrative door: 2,100 × 900 × 45 mm, 50 µm PE shrink film, 3,000 mm tunnel, conveyor at 6 m/min.
| Memeriksa | Perhitungan | Hasil |
|---|---|---|
| Film area (two faces + edges) | 2 × (2.1 + 0.045) × (0.9 + 0.045) m² | ≈ 4.05 m² |
| Film mass | 4.05 m² × 50 µm × 920 kg/m³ | 0.19kg |
| Door fits in tunnel | 2,100 mm vs 3,000 mm | yes, 900 mm spare |
| Time in tunnel | 3.0 m ÷ 0.1 m/s | 30 detik |
| Conveyor limit | 6 m/min ÷ (2.1 m door + 0.5 m gap) | ≈ 2.3 doors/min |
Hasil. About 0.19 kg of film per door, and each part of the door gets the same 30 s in the tunnel. The conveyor limit of about 2.3 doors per minute is an upper bound. The real rate is lower by the seal and cut dwell on each door, which we measure and confirm at quote. Tunnel temperature is set within 100–220°C for the film.
Daftar periksa pemilihan

- Seal pattern: open ends or all four sides.
- Jenis dan ketebalan film.
- Jumlah pintu per jam.
- Power supply and voltage.
Keamanan: EN 415-10 dan ISO 12100
We design the line to EN 415-10, and the risk assessment follows ISO 12100. The hot sealing blade, the hot tunnel and its surfaces, and the conveyors are the main hazards. The tunnel is a closed box with insulated walls, the sealer is guarded, and the E-stop at the control panel stops the conveyors and the sealer together. Guards and CE documents are agreed per project.
Pertanyaan yang Sering Diajukan (FAQ) tentang Teknik
Q: Is the door sealed on all four sides? A: On the economic line the cross-seal closes the ends and the sides close by shrinkage. The motion-sealer version adds a long sealer for full four-side sealing.
Q: What tunnel temperature is used? A: It is set in the 100–220°C range to suit the film thickness and the conveyor speed.
Q: Can it take heavy solid-wood doors? A: Yes. For doors up to 120 kg we fit heavy-duty conveyors, including inside the tunnel.
Q: Which standard applies? A: EN 415-10, with ISO 12100 for the risk assessment.
