Why form and tie tube bundles
Super large tubes travel in bundles, and a loose group shifts in transit. Forming the tubes into a set bundle and tying it close holds the group together so it stays stable on a truck or in storage.
Tying on the line, as the bundle passes the packing units, keeps the step repeatable for every bundle. Tube and bundle range are confirmed per project.

The machine is a super large steel tube bundle forming and packing line. Tubes are gathered into a bundle on a long green conveyor, carried by support arms, and guided as the bundle moves. Packing units on the frame above the conveyor apply the ties at set points along the bundle.
Each bundle forms and ties under power as it travels the line. Bundle length and tie count are confirmed per project.
Support and carry
Support arms along the conveyor hold the tubes so the bundle is not dragged on its surface. The bundle stays level as it moves, with guide and clamping devices on both sides keeping the tubes in place.
Carrying the bundle on supports keeps super large tubes aligned until the tie close. Support spacing is confirmed per project.
Tie close and pass on
At the packing units, ties are applied around the bundle at spaced positions. Once tied, the bundle passes along the conveyor ready to be lifted off.
Applying the ties at fixed points gives an even result bundle to bundle. Number and position of ties are confirmed per project.
