Why dark loads need a different sensor
- Low reflection. Black film and goods return little light to a standard photo-eye.
- Missed top. A sensor that cannot see the load stops early or runs past the top.
- Our fix. A sensor set for dark surfaces, so the carriage stops at the real top.
