Why spiral wrapping for long products
Pipes and tubes are long and thin, so a film layer laid by hand is uneven and slow. Spiral wrapping lays a consistent cover along the whole length in one run, and the finished piece is sealed and tidy.
For small steel pipe bundles, a stable, even wrap keeps the bundle shape in storage and on the truck. Pipe length and bundle size are confirmed per project.

This machine is a ring-type wrapping unit for long cylindrical products. The pipe or tube is held along the machine centre line, the ring frame turns the part, and a film roll feeds from above so each revolution lays a spiral layer along the length.
The machine suits individual pipes, tubes and rod-like parts, and bundle wrapping is set up when the order requires it. Pipe length and ring size are confirmed per project.
Ring turntable and film feed
The main structure is a floor-standing ring frame with a central axis, support rollers around the ring and a film feed above the part. A drive at the base turns the ring and the part in one motion.
The film roll enters through a guide and stays against the surface of the part as it turns, so the layer is laid evenly along the length. Ring diameter and feed position are confirmed per project.

Működés és biztonság
Set the part on the centre axis, fix the film end, and start the ring so the film feeds evenly along the length. Keep hands clear of the turning ring and the film feed, and do not reach into the ring area while the part is turning.
Routine checks cover the ring drive, the support rollers and the film guide, per the machine manual. Confirm the part is seated on the axis before each wrap.
