Why random sizes stop a fixed sealer
A fixed case sealer is set for one carton and every different size needs a changeover. In mixed flows the cartons arrive in no order, so a fixed sealer either stops for a job change or waits for a batch. Adapting to each carton is what keeps mixed flows moving. The carton mix is confirmed per project.

The self-adaptive flow
In the self-adaptive flow, cartons of different sizes enter in sequence and each is sealed as its turn comes. The machine adapts as the cartons change, keeping the flow unbroken. Mixed formats are packaged in the order they arrive. The flow sequence is confirmed per project.
A sealed case at line speed
What the line yields is a sealed case for every carton that enters, closed at the flow’s pace without a batch wait. Sealing at line speed is what the end-of-line owes the packing step. The machine closes each case as it crosses. The seal and its pace are confirmed per project.

Keep clear of the infeed, closing heads, sealing area and outfeed while the machine runs, with guarding and emergency stops at the operator position.
