Why profiles need film or paper
A long aluminum profile has a bright surface that marks easily and holds fingerprints and dust. A film or paper wrap keeps the profile clean and stops adjacent profiles rubbing together in a bundle.
The choice between film and paper depends on how the profile moves next, so a machine that can feed either gives the line flexibility. Profile length and wrap material are confirmed per project.
Ce que fait la machine
The machine is a fully automatic film and paper wrapping packing machine for aluminum profile. Long profiles travel on a conveyor into a ring-style wrapping unit with a rotating press-roll assembly. Film or paper feeds from rolls at the side and wraps around the profile as it travels through the ring.
The whole run is automatic: profiles enter, are wrapped, sealed, and released to the outfeed section. Feed speed and wrap spacing are confirmed per project.
Film and paper from rolls
The footage shows material unrolling at high speed from the side rolls and moving onto the profile inside the ring. The rotating roll assembly guides the material around the profile, so the wrap follows the profile as it passes through.
Because the material feeds from a roll, the wrap can run continuously along the length. Roll width and material grade are confirmed per project.
Seal and pass out
Once the profile is covered, the film or paper edge can be heat-sealed or cut so the wrap stays closed at the end. The profile then passes out of the ring onto the outfeed conveyor, and the unit resets for the next profile.
Sealing keeps the cover tight at both ends of a long profile. Seal and cut settings are confirmed per project.

Fonctionnement et sécurité
Start the line from the control and the profiles wrap and pass through under power. Keep clear of the ring assembly, the roll feed and the conveyor while the machine runs, with safety guarding around the working area.
Routine checks cover the conveyor, the ring drive, the roll feed and the sealer, per the machine manual. Confirm the material settings against the profile before each run.
