# 预应力钢丝线卷包装机
  
  
####  程序运行：

 采用 PLC。

 包装站，轨道上有卷装和卸料。

 可以选择手动和自动工作模式。

 采用l型变频器，根据轧辊速度和环速要求，调整填料胶带的重叠部分。

 护栏，软启动，安全运行。

 吊装方便，安全可靠。

 过载保护。

 操作系统的电气限制和机械限制。

 车轮与环之间的摩擦是可调节的。

 由电动机提供的用于包装保护的支持辊。

 包装张力可调。

 滚轮是用聚氨酯包的。

 圈慢跑，软启动和停止。

 传感器的l环复位。

 材料固定在环上进行包装。

 特殊张力装置，用于高强度包装。

 当故障发生时，l指示器自动报警。

 麻烦可以自动显示出来。

 专用制动器，用于胶带释放装置，避免材料的折叠。
