This pallet wrapper stretches film around the sides of the load on a rotating platform, and a top sheet dispensor feeds a separate sheet over the top between wraps. Why cover the top of a pallet
Wrapping the sides keeps the load together, but an uncovered top lets dust sit on the product and lets the top layer shift in transit. A top sheet closes the load completely.
A separate top sheet over a wrapped pallet seals the upper surface without over-wrapping the sides. Pallet footprint is confirmed per project.
Qué hace la máquina
The machine wraps palletized loads with stretch film and places a top sheet over the load. The pallet sits on a rotating platform, a carriage carries the film roll up and down the sides, and a dispensor feeds a top sheet across the load.
The cycle wraps the sides, places the top sheet and finishes the cover. Pallet size and film settings are confirmed per project.
Plataforma giratoria
The pallet stands on a round platform with a slip-resistant surface, and the platform turns while the film carriage moves up and down. Turning the load lets one film roll cover all four sides.
A low platform keeps loading easy with a hand truck or forklift. Platform speed and load weight are confirmed per project.
Film carriage and top sheet
A carriage on a mast carries the film roll from the pallet base to the top. A beam over the load lowers to guide the film over the top edge and to seat the top sheet. As the platform turns, the film is applied in spiral layers, and the beam holds the top of the load in place and steers the film tight over the top edge for a clean cover.
A top sheet dispensor holds a sheet roll above the wrapping station. At the set point in the cycle it feeds the sheet across the top of the load so the upper surface is covered, then the beam presses it down against the top.
Placing the sheet inside the final film layers gives a clean closed load. Film width, sheet size and timing are confirmed per project.

Operación y seguridad
Place the pallet on the platform, set the film and top sheet parameters, and start the cycle from the panel. The platform turns while the film layers apply and the top sheet drops over the load before the cover finishes. Keep clear of the platform and the mast while it runs.
Routine checks cover the platform, the film carriage and the sheet dispensor, per the machine manual. Confirm the load is stable before each cycle.
