Envolvedora horizontal con madera en la parte inferior.

Resumen ejecutivo

Heavy linear loads need a keyed base, and a wrapper that ignores the bottom leaves the load to roll or shift in the film. This horizontal wrapping machine works with timber placed on the bottom, wrapping the load and its base as one for a steadier pack. We build horizontal wrapping machines for based loads. Load range and base plan are confirmed per project.

Índice

Why the base matters to the load

A long heavy load resting on film alone can roll, because nothing anchors it to the floor of the pack. A timber base under the load gives the wrap something to key against. Wrapping the base with the load is what makes the pack stable from the bottom up. The load and its base are confirmed per project.

Qué hace la máquina

The machine wraps the load together with the timber base under it, applying horizontal film around load and base as one pack. The wrap holds the load onto its base, so the pack rides as a single unit. Because the base is inside the wrap, the load is keyed for the trip. The covered cycle is confirmed per project.

Wrapping load and base together

Film is applied around the load and its timber base in the same pass, so the two are bound as one. Wrapping them together is what stops the load shifting off its base in transit. The film and its passes follow the pack, confirmed per project.

The timber base under the load

The timber base sits under the load, giving the pack a stable bottom that the film can hold against. The base carries the load’s weight into the wrap and spreads it onto the floor of the pack. The base’s size follows the load, confirmed per project.

Stability through the wrap

Film tension holds the load against its base around the whole length, so the load cannot roll within the pack. Stability is built by wrapping the base in, not just around the body. The pack holds its line from base to top. The tension plan is confirmed per project.

A load that rides steadier

What leaves the machine is a load that rides steadier: wrapped onto its base, so the forklift, rack and truck move a single unit. A steadier ride is what the load’s weight and length demand. The machine closes the pack at that standard. The pack standard is confirmed per project.

Operación y seguridad

Run the cycle from the panel and the machine wraps the load and its base automatically. Keep clear of the wrap ring, film path, load and outfeed while the machine runs, with guarding and emergency stops at the operator position. Routine checks cover the ring, film carriage, feed tables, sensors and control, per the machine manual. Confirm the wrap settings against the load and base before each run so packs hold.

Preguntas frecuentes sobre ingeniería

Q: Why wood under the load? A: The timber base gives the wrap something to key the heavy load against.

Q: What does the machine wrap? A: The load together with its timber base, in the same horizontal pass.

Q: How does the base help? A: It carries the load’s weight into the wrap and spreads it onto the pack floor.

Q: How is stability built? A: By wrapping the base in with the load, so the pack holds line to line.

Q: What rides out? A: A load wrapped onto its base, riding as a single unit.
