Máquina flejadora y fabricadora de paquetes de tubos cuadrados automática

Resumen ejecutivo

An automatic square tube bundle making and strapping machine stacks square or rectangular tubes into a tight block and straps it with steel strap. It counts the tubes, squares the bundle and places each strap at the set position. This page covers the line, the strapping specs and how to work out bundle size and strap count.

Square steel tubes are stacked between yellow side posts on blue roller stands into a block about 10 tubes wide and 10 high. The squared bundle then runs along the line to be strapped.

Índice

Why square bundles

Square and rectangular tubes stack flat against each other, so a square bundle has no gaps and does not roll. Square bundles stack safely in the yard and fill trucks and containers well. Stacking and strapping by hand at the end of a tube mill is heavy, slow work, and the bundles come out uneven.

Cómo funciona la línea

  1. Recoger: cut tubes arrive from the mill and are counted.
  2. apilar: tubes are laid layer by layer between the side posts.
  3. Square: the posts and rollers press the bundle into a tight block.
  4. Correa: the strapping machine stays fixed while the bundle moves to each strap position.
  5. Descarga: the strapped bundle moves to weighing or storage.

The HMI shows the tubes per bundle, the bundle size and the number and gap of the straps. A database logs each bundle for tracking.

Strapping specs

Parámetro FHOPE steel tube strapping machine

Tamaño del paquete

Tubes per bundle = tubes per row × rows. A 10 × 10 bundle holds 100 tubes. With 40 mm square tube, the bundle is about 10 × 40 = 400 mm square (example only). Bundle weight follows from tube count, length and weight per metre, and is confirmed at quote.

Número de correas

Straps per bundle = (bundle length − 2 × end margin) ÷ strap spacing + 1. The end margin keeps the outer straps off the raw tube ends so they cannot slip off during handling. The end margin and spacing for your tube size are confirmed at quote. The HMI sets the spacing by bundle length.

Lista de verificación de selección

  1. Tube sizes and wall thickness?
  2. ¿Rango de longitud del tubo?
  3. Bundle shape and tubes per bundle?
  4. Mill speed, tubes per minute?
  5. Strap width and thickness?
  6. Weighing and labelling after strapping?

Seguridad

The line is designed to EN ISO 12100:2010 for risk assessment, EN 415-10 for packaging machine safety and EN 60204-1 for electrical equipment. Moving tubes, the stacking area and the strapping head are the main hazards. Fence the line, interlock access and keep emergency stops along it.

Preguntas frecuentes sobre ingeniería

Q: Can it stack rectangular tubes? A: Yes, square and rectangular sections; size range confirmed at quote.

Q: What is the adjustable strap tension range? A: 7,000–18,000 N on our steel tube strapping machine.

Q: Can it make hexagonal bundles for round pipe? A: Round pipe uses a hexagonal crib; the HMI stores the crib size.

Q: Is each bundle recorded? A: Yes, the database logs tube count and strap data.
