Máquina flejadora automática para enrollar tubos

Resumen ejecutivo

Corrugated pipe, PE pipe and hose come off the extruder as one endless length. Our automatic pipe coiling strapping machine winds that length onto a coil of set size, cuts it at the target metres and straps the coil through its eye. Meanwhile the second station is already winding the next coil. The line keeps running and no one has to hand-tie coils.

Each station is a spool built from radial arms with flange plates on both sides. The arms set the coil ID and the plates set the coil width, so black corrugated pipe winds into a tight, square-sided coil. Beside the spool, the strapping head sits on an open ring track that passes the strap through the coil eye. The finished coil carries yellow PP straps at even points around its circumference.

Why two stations

An extruder cannot stop while a coil is strapped and removed. With two spools, one winds while the other is strapped and unloaded, then the pipe is cut and transferred to the empty spool. The changeover time, not the strapping time, is what the line has to absorb, and a small accumulator or a short speed dip covers it.

secuencia de máquina

  1. The meter counter measures the pipe as it feeds onto spool A.
  2. A traverse guide lays each turn beside the last for even layers.
  3. At the set length the pipe is cut and the new end is caught on spool B.
  4. Spool A stops and the strapping head straps the coil through its eye.
  5. The flange opens and the strapped coil is pushed off onto the out-feed.
  6. Spool A is ready again before spool B is full.

Pipe OD range, strap count, strap tension and air supply for this model are confirmed at quote. For reference, our vertical FCL-Y1200 coiler takes pipe OD 16–32 mm, sets 4 or 6 straps per coil and needs 14–19 seconds per strap.

Coil length and winding time

Turns per layer = coil width ÷ pipe OD

Layers = (coil OD − coil ID) ÷ 2 ÷ pipe OD

Coil length ≈ π × (coil OD + coil ID) ÷ 2 × turns per layer × layers

Example only: 25 mm pipe on a coil of ID 400 mm, OD 600 mm and width 200 mm gives 200 ÷ 25 = 8 turns per layer. It also gives (600 − 400) ÷ 2 ÷ 25 = 4 layers.

The mean turn is π × 500 ≈ 1,571 mm, so the coil holds about 1,571 × 8 × 4 ≈ 50,000 mm, or 50 m. At 60 m/min that coil winds in about 50 seconds, which is the time the other station has to strap and unload.

Corrugated pipe does not pack like smooth pipe: the crests need a little extra pitch. Take turns per layer from the corrugation OD plus a small allowance, or the last turn binds against the flange.

Check the strapping window: 4 straps at 14–19 seconds each, the FCL-Y1200 figure, take 56–76 seconds before unloading. That is longer than the 50-second winding time in the example, so either the coil is made longer, the line runs slower, or the strap count drops. The real strap time for your machine is confirmed at quote.

Check the result against the frame: a coil OD above 800 mm or a weight above 35 kg is outside the table and needs a larger spool, confirmed at quote.

Strapping through the eye

The strap has to pass inside the coil ID and around the outside, so the ring track opens, closes around one section of the coil and tensions the strap there. The spool indexes to the next angle for each strap.

More straps hold soft hose better; stiff pipe often needs fewer. The strap count is set on the touch screen. Strap tension is limited so the strap holds soft corrugated walls without crushing them; the tension setting for your pipe is confirmed at quote.

Lista de verificación de selección

  1. Pipe or hose type and OD.
  2. Coil ID, OD and width you ship today.
  3. Metres per coil and line speed.
  4. Straps per coil and strap material.
  5. Whether the coil is wrapped or bagged after strapping.
  6. Out-feed: table, conveyor or stacking.

Seguridad

We design to EN ISO 12100:2010 for risk assessment, EN 415-10 for packaging machine safety and EN 60204-1 for the electrical equipment. The spools and strapping head sit behind an aluminium guard frame, and opening a door stops the stations.

Preguntas frecuentes sobre ingeniería

Q: Can one machine handle several pipe sizes? A: Yes, within the coil ID, OD and width in the table. The coil length and strap count are recipes on the touch screen, and the flange spacing is adjusted for a new width.

Q: What happens if the coil is not even? A: Uneven layers come from the traverse pitch not matching the pipe OD. The pitch is set from the pipe OD so each turn lies beside the last.

Q: Can it run with a coil wrapper? A: Yes, the strapped coil can go on to a coil wrapping machine for film or woven-tape wrapping.
