Empaquetaduras de tuberías y tubos de plástico: Soluciones para la industria

Resumen ejecutivo

A long pipe or tube collects dust and is easily marked during handling, and a protective film cover keeps it clean until it reaches its destination. This line wraps pipes and tubes by pulling film from a roll over the top of the pipe as it moves on the conveyor, then folding and pressing the film close with rollers and an arm so the pipe is covered end to end. The operator loads and unloads the pipe as each cycle runs. Pipe length, diameter and film setup are confirmed per project.

Surface care for pipes

A plastic pipe or a metal tube has a long surface that marks easily in handling and storage. A film cover keeps the surface clean and stops close-packed pipes from rubbing together.

Wrapping on a machine gives a consistent cover along the whole length, which is hard to reach by hand on a long pipe. Pipe length and film choice are confirmed per project.

Qué hace la máquina

The machine is a plastic pipe and tube packing line. A pipe sits on a roller conveyor and moves into the wrapping station. Film is pulled from a roll, led over guide and press rollers, and laid over the pipe, then an arm and roller system folds the film close around the pipe and seals the cover.

The pipe is packed end to end and taken off at the outfeed. Feed speed and wrap overlap are confirmed per project.

Film over the pipe

A single film roll feeds the station. The film is drawn across the top of the moving pipe, guided through several rollers so it stays straight along the length.

Guiding the film over the pipe lets the wrap follow a long, straight product. Film width and grade are confirmed per project.

Fold and press close

Once the film lies over the pipe, the arm and press system fold the edges down and press the film against the surface, closing the cover around the pipe.

Pressing the film close after laying keeps the wrap tight against the pipe so it does not slide off in handling. Press force and fold position are confirmed per project.

Lo que muestran las imágenes

Our footage shows a pipe moving along the conveyor, film feeding over the top, and the wrap being folded and pressed closed end to end. It is a general demonstration, so your pipe size, film and line speed are confirmed with us per project.

Operación y seguridad

Start the line and the pipe moves and wraps under power; the operator loads at the infeed and takes the pipe off at the outfeed. Keep clear of the conveyor, film path and press system while the machine runs, with safety guarding around the working area.

Routine checks cover the conveyor, the rollers, the film feed and the press arm, per the machine manual. Confirm the film setup against the pipe before each run.

Preguntas frecuentes sobre ingeniería

Q: What does this machine do? A: It wraps plastic pipes and tubes with film as they travel on a conveyor.

Q: Why wrap a pipe? A: Film keeps the surface clean and stops adjacent pipes marking each other.

Q: How is the film applied? A: Film feeds over the top and is folded and pressed close around the pipe.

Q: Who loads the pipe? A: The operator places and removes each pipe as the cycle runs.

Q: What does it suit? A: Long pipes and tubes in a packing line.
