The FHOPE Mobile Pallet Changer – Side Press is a mobile, dual-platform pallet changer that transfers loads between pallets by lateral side pressing, without rotation, inversion, or tilting. It clamps the goods from both sides with adjustable pressure, lifts them clear of the old pallet, and sets them down on a new one.

The machine travels to the load, allowing pallet exchange where the goods stand. A representative configuration handles approximately 1500 kg and pallets up to 1200 mm wide, with a 24V battery system and built-in charger as standard.

Cómo Funciona

The side-press pallet changing cycle follows five operating steps:

Posición

Move the machine to the load requiring a pallet change and align it with the pallet.

Start the two side platforms from the control panel; they press inward laterally to hold the load on both sides.

Use the pressure gauge to regulate clamping force so fragile or crush-sensitive products are held securely under controlled pressure.
Lift and transfer

Raise the clamped load clear of the old pallet, then move it to the new pallet position. Synchronized fork movement is designed to maintain load stability during travel.

Lower the load onto the new pallet, open the side platforms, and complete the exchange.
