Paneelbeutel-Verpackungsmaschine: Technologie und bewährte Verfahren

Executive summary

A panel bag packing machine opens a plastic bag and pushes a flat bundle of panels or boards into it, so the bundle is covered against dust, scratches and moisture. It replaces slow hand bagging and gives the same fit every time. This page explains the cycle, how to size the bag, how to estimate output and what to check before you buy.

A flat panel bundle rides a green belt conveyor into a yellow bag-opening frame. The bag is held open by the frame and the bundle is pushed into it, then leaves on the outfeed conveyor.

Why bag panel bundles

Boards, sandwich panels and profiles scratch easily, and their edges and cores take up moisture. A close-fitting bag protects the surface, keeps the bundle clean in the warehouse and gives a tidy, printable surface for labels. Bagging by hand needs two people and the fit varies; a bag packing machine does it in one repeatable stroke.

Der Absackzyklus

  1. Einspeisung: the bundle arrives on the belt conveyor and is squared.
  2. Bag opening: bag holders spread the bag mouth over the frame.
  3. Push: a pusher drives the bundle into the bag.
  4. Freisetzung: the holders let go and the bagged bundle moves on.
  5. Close: the open end is folded, taped or sealed.

Sizing the bag

Lay-flat width ≥ bundle width + bundle height + allowance. A 600 × 150 mm bundle needs 600 + 150 = 750 mm. Adding a 50 mm allowance gives an 800 mm lay-flat bag (example only).

Bag length ≥ bundle length + bundle height + seal allowance. A 1,200 mm long bundle with a 100 mm seal allowance needs 1,200 + 150 + 100 = 1,450 mm. Artikel Beispielwert
Bündelbreite 600mm
Bündelhöhe 150mm
Bündellänge 1,200mm
Width allowance 50mm
Liegebreite 800mm
Seal allowance 100mm
Taschenlänge 1,450mm
Zykluszeit 30 s
Ausgang 120 Bündel/h

Too tight a bag slows the push and tears; too loose a bag looks untidy and wastes film. Film thickness, gusset and pusher speed are set to the bundle weight and surface and confirmed at quote.

Schätzung der Ausgabe

Bundles per hour = 3,600 ÷ cycle time in seconds. At a 30 s cycle, the machine bags 3,600 ÷ 30 = 120 bundles per hour (example only). Cycle time depends on bundle size and closing method and is confirmed at quote.

Zuführungsoptionen

Bundles can be loaded by hand onto the infeed, or fed directly from the stacking line to the pushing position. Feeding directly saves labour and handling. For long, heavy panels, our sandwich panel wrapping line is the alternative to bagging.

Auswahl-Checkliste

  1. Bundle length, width and height range?
  2. Bundle weight?
  3. Bag material and thickness?
  4. How is the open end closed: fold, tape or seal?
  5. Takt time of the stacking line?
  6. Manual or direct infeed?

Sicherheit

The machine is designed to EN ISO 12100:2010 for risk assessment, EN 415-10 for packaging machine safety and EN 60204-1 for electrical equipment. The pusher and bag holders are the main hazards. Guard the push zone, interlock access doors and keep the emergency stop in reach.

Häufig gestellte Fragen zur Technik

Q: What products can it bag? A: Flat bundles of panels, boards and profiles; size range confirmed at quote.

Q: How do I size the bag? A: Lay-flat width at least bundle width plus height plus allowance; see the formula above.

Q: Can it link to my stacker? A: Yes, the bundle can be fed directly to the pushing position.

Q: What about long sandwich panels? A: For those, our sandwich panel wrapping line is often the better fit.
