Türverpackungsmaschine mit gutem Preis für Kartonschrumpfverpackungen

Executive summary

Doors, panels and boards are large, flat and easy to scratch, and they travel better sealed in shrink film. Our economic door shrink packing machine covers each board in PE film, seals it with a heat blade and shrinks it tight in a hot-air tunnel. This page covers the line layout, the economic model data and how to judge cost per board before you buy.

This line runs boards on a green belt infeed into a blue sealing frame with an orange film frame. Handwheels on the orange uprights set the film and sealing height for the board thickness, and a geared motor drives the sealing section. The covered board then runs on a roller conveyor into a shrink tunnel with circulation fans on its roof.

Why shrink pack doors and boards

A door leaf or a laminated board loses value with every scratch on its face. Cardboard corners and loose film protect only parts of it. A full shrink package keeps dust and moisture out, holds edge protectors in place and lets the buyer see the product. It also stacks flat, so many boards fit on one pallet.

So funktioniert die Linie

  1. Einspeisung: the board is placed on the belt conveyor.
  2. Cover: the film applicator covers the board with PE film from top and bottom rolls.
  3. Versiegeln und schneiden: a heat blade cuts and seals the film edges into a closed package.
  4. Schrumpfen: the package passes through the hot-air tunnel and the film draws tight.
  5. Smooth: two vertical press rollers at the tunnel exit flatten the film edges.
  6. Auslauf: the board cools on the roller conveyor and is stacked.

Where a good price comes from

The economic model keeps cost down by fixing the line to one product family: flat doors and boards within the width and thickness range above. It uses PE film, which costs less than special films, and manual handwheels instead of servo height adjustment. If your boards are thicker than 60 mm, or you need automatic size change, a fully automatic door shrinking machine Passt besser.

Cost per board check

Energy per board (kWh) ≈ tunnel power (kW) × time per board (min) ÷ 60.

Time per board (min) = board pitch (m) ÷ conveyor speed (m/min).

Film per board ≈ (board length + allowance) × film width × 2 sides, where the allowance covers the seal overlap and end seal margins.

Example only: at 37 kW, a 2.4 m board pitch and 8 m/min, one board takes 2.4 ÷ 8 = 0.3 min, so the tunnel uses about 37 kW × 0.3 min ÷ 60 ≈ 0.19 kWh per board at full power. The same pitch and speed give about 8 ÷ 2.4 ≈ 3.3 boards per minute. Real energy is lower once the tunnel is at temperature, and it is confirmed at trial.

Auswahl-Checkliste

  1. Door or board length, width and thickness range?
  2. Boards per hour?
  3. Filmtyp und -dicke?
  4. Edge or corner protectors under the film?
  5. Inline with the production line, or standalone?
  6. Strom und Luft vor Ort?

Sicherheit

We design shrink packers to EN ISO 12100:2010 for risk assessment, EN 415-10 for packaging machine safety and EN 60204-1 for electrical equipment. The heat blade and tunnel are guarded, and an E-stop is on the panel.

Häufig gestellte Fragen zur Technik

Q: Does it handle different board sizes? A: Yes, within 600–1,250 mm width and 20–60 mm thickness, by setting the handwheels.

Q: Why PE film? A: PE is tough and low in cost for heavy flat boards.

Q: What do the press rollers do? A: They smooth the film edges at the tunnel exit for a neat package.

Q: Can it run wet-painted boards? A: No. Boards must be dry and cool before shrinking.
