Was das Video zeigt
A large wind-turbine-size bearing lies flat on the machine's turntable. The wrapping arm starts the blue VCI film, then lays it round the ring section while the bearing turns, so the film builds up evenly round the whole ring.
Sobald der Ring abgedeckt ist, stoppt der Arm und fährt zurück, wobei das umwickelte Lager auf dem Tisch zurückbleibt. Ein gelber Maschendrahtzaun umgibt den Arbeitsbereich. Das Wasserzeichen der FHOPE GROUP ist in der Ecke zu sehen.

Die VCI-Folie gibt im Inneren der Umhüllung einen Korrosionsinhibitor ab, daher ist die Abdichtung um den Ring herum genauso wichtig wie die Abdeckung.

Dies sind Null-Überlappungs-Baselines. Bei einem Überlappungsanteil f zwischen den Folien erhöhen sich sowohl die Folien als auch die Umhüllung um 1 ÷ (1 − f); wählen Sie f anhand der für den VCI-Schutz erforderlichen Dichtung.
Kontrollen und Sicherheit
Das Lager dreht sich auf dem Tisch, und der Wickelarm bewegt sich um den Ring. Halten Sie Personen außerhalb des gelben Maschendrahtzauns, solange die Maschine läuft. Das Be- und Entladen sowie das Nachfädeln von Folien ist nur bei angehaltener und isolierter Maschine gestattet.
Die anzuwendenden Normen hängen vom Zielmarkt ab. Für CE-Märkte legt ISO 12100 die Risikobewertungsmethode fest und EN 415-10 die allgemeinen Anforderungen an Verpackungsmaschinen.

Q: How much film is laid?
A: Wraps times section perimeter: 57 × 0.8 m gives about 45.6 m before overlap in our example.
Q: Where is the safety guarding?
A: A yellow mesh fence surrounds the work area.
Q: Can it take my bearing size?
A: Send the diameters, height and weight and we size the table and arm.
