Why paper for aluminum surfaces

How the paper wrapping machine works

Intelligent paper feeding
Based on the detected profile length, the machine dispenses the precise amount of wrapping paper needed for the bundle. Measured feeding cuts paper waste to what the bundle actually needs, which is what makes paper wrapping economical across volume. Compatible materials include kraft paper and other protective paper grades, selected for the profile finish and the transit time, confirmed per project. Precise feed is the step that keeps material use predictable.
Wrapping the bundle
The paper is applied around the bundle with controlled tension, so the layer holds against the profiles without distorting them. Wrapping covers the full surface, including edges and ends that film wrapping can miss, which is the point of paper protection. The wrap is consistent across the bundle length, so the protection does not thin out where the profile is exposed. Tension, overlap and paper grade are confirmed per project on the actual profile.
Protection for extended transit
For profiles that travel far or wait in storage, the paper layer is the whole protection, and it has to stay in place for the duration. A wrapped bundle holds together through loading, transit and site handling, keeping the finish clean until the profiles are installed. Wrapping that survives handling is what separates a protected surface from a scratched one at the customer. The paper plan is matched to the profile and the journey, confirmed per project.

Bedienung und Sicherheit
Run the recipe from the panel and the machine measures, feeds and wraps the paper around each bundle automatically. Keep clear of the paper feed, wrap rollers and bundle entry while it runs, with guarding and emergency stops at the operator position. Routine checks cover the paper feed, cut mechanism, wrap rollers, sensors and infeed, per the machine manual. Check the paper supply before each shift so wrapping never stops mid-bundle.
