Why shrink-pack a wooden board
Flat wooden boards and door plates pick up dust and scuffs while they are handled, stored or shipped. A clear shrink cover keeps the face clean and the edges protected until the board reaches its installation.
Film over a board also gives one tidy package that stays tight around the edges. Board size and film grade are confirmed per project.
Co stroj dělá
The machine is a shrink packaging unit laid out in a line. An operator places a flat wooden board or door plate on the infeed section, and the board travels through the machine while clear film is applied and shrunk around it.
The finished board exits on the outfeed roller conveyor for collection. Board length and film width are confirmed per project.
Infeed, clamps and film unit
The infeed section is a table where the board lies flat before the pass. Two clamp posts at the sides guide the board into position, and a film roll above the line feeds clear film over the board as it moves.
A press-and-seal assembly comes down over the film so the cover is pinned at the edges before shrinking. Board thickness and film width are confirmed per project.
Shrink cycle and control
The heated shrink tunnel sits in the middle of the line. The covered board passes through the tunnel on rollers, and the heat pulls the film tight around the surface and edges.
A control panel at the side of the machine carries a screen, push buttons and an emergency stop for the cycle. Tunnel temperature and line speed are confirmed per project.

Provoz a bezpečnost
Lay the board flat on the infeed, start the cycle, and let the machine cover, shrink and deliver the board on the outfeed. Keep hands clear of the film unit, the tunnel opening and the moving rollers while the machine runs.
Routine checks cover the infeed clamps, the film unit and the shrink tunnel, per the machine manual. Confirm the board is seated between the clamps before each pass.
