Stroj na stohování cívek: Kompletní průvodce

Shrnutí The last hand on a coil line is where most coils get their last dent. A coil stacking machine is the palletizing node at the end of a slitting or packaging line: it takes wrapped and strapped coils off the conveyor, sets them into a stable stacking pattern and places them on a pallet, using grippers and rollers that do not mark the surface. Coil range and pallet pattern are configured per project.

Obsah

The palletizing node

A coil line wraps coils, straps them and sends them out. The stacking machine sits at the end of that flow: it lifts each finished coil off the conveyor, moves it across the aisle and sets it down on a pallet in a planned order.

Because everything before it has already wrapped and strapped the coil, the stacking job is controlled motion onto a load that has to stay square. Busy lines feed the stacker through a turnstile that rotates coils into position as they arrive, so the gantry rarely waits on the conveyor. The turnstile and stacker together keep the wrapping end feeding at line rate.

Not a generic palletizer

A carton palletizer grips uniform boxes that hold their own shape. A coil is round, heavy and easily marked, so a palletizer built for cases simply does not work.

A coil stacker is built for the geometry. A platform with a V-side keeps the round coil from rolling sideways during transfer, and the surfaces that touch the coil are chosen so they do not scratch painted, galvanized or cold-rolled faces.

povrch Použijte
PU-covered rollers carrying a coil without marking the finish
Conformable padding adapting to uneven coil faces

Where a coil face is part of the product the customer inspects, the carrying surface decides whether it arrives clean. We fit the surface to your coil material per project.

Gripper choice by material

Materiál cívky Chapadlo
Steel, ferrous elektromagnetické
Aluminum, copper, stainless vakuové cup

A magnetic gripper suits ferrous coils; non-ferrous coils need a vacuum grip that does not rely on magnetism. The gripper is matched to the coil material, so the same stacker handles a mixed line by recipe.

Stacking patterns

Coils are stacked in patterns chosen for stability, not for looks. A one-two-one pattern sets one coil at the base, two in the middle and one on top, which holds the center of gravity low for uniform coils. A two-two-one widens the base for larger coils, and a three-two-one packs narrow coils tightly to use the pallet.

The pattern is selected from coil size, weight and pallet footprint per project.

Narrow-strip vs wide-strip lines

A narrow-strip line processes small, light coils at a fast cycle, and its stacker can use a compact frame. A wide-strip line handles coils to heavy tonnage, and its stacker needs a reinforced frame and larger capacity drives.

The stacker architecture follows the coil class your line runs, per project.

Recipes and changeover

Stacking sequences are stored as recipes on the control, so switching from one coil size and pattern to another is a selection on the panel, not a mechanical rebuild. The same machine then runs a different product after a quick changeover.

Co video ukazuje

Our footage shows a stacker lifting wrapped coils, turning them into position and setting them onto a pallet. It is a general demonstration, so coil range, pallet and pattern for your line are confirmed with us per project.

Ovládací prvky a bezpečnost

The stacker runs from a control panel with recipes and an emergency stop at the operator position. Interlocks keep the area clear while the gantry moves, and the turnstile is enclosed where the rotation is automatic. Routine checks cover grippers, rollers, drives and the safety devices, per the machine manual.

Často kladené otázky k inženýrství

Q: Why not a standard palletizer? A: A standard palletizer handles uniform rigid cases; a coil is round, heavy and easily marked, so the stacker needs V-side support and finish-safe carrying surfaces.

Q: Magnetic or vacuum gripper? A: Electromagnetic for ferrous coils, vacuum for aluminum, copper and stainless. We fit the gripper to your coil materials per project.

Q: What stacking patterns are available? A: One-two-one, two-two-one and three-two-one are common; the pattern is chosen for stability from coil size and pallet footprint per project.

Q: How fast can it change over? A: Recipes on the control switch patterns and sizes without a rebuild; changeover is a panel selection.

Q: What coil range is covered? A: The stacker is custom-engineered per project from the upstream line’s maximum coil weight, strip width and coil diameter limits.
