Strojní balení hliníkových profilů s papírem

Shrnutí

An aluminum profile paper packing machine wraps each extruded profile in kraft paper along its full length. Paper protects anodized and painted surfaces from scratches and is easy to recycle. This page explains how the wrapping line works, how to size the paper and how much paper a run uses.

Kraft paper is laid across a row of orange folding stations. A long aluminum profile is placed on the paper, the folding guides close the paper around it, and the wrapped profile is carried out on rollers.

Obsah

Why wrap profiles in paper

Window, curtain wall and rack profiles are often anodized or powder coated, and a scratch means a reject. Kraft paper gives each profile its own cover, so profiles do not rub in the bundle. Paper also recycles easily, which many building-product buyers ask for. Wrapping long profiles by hand is slow and uneven; the machine wraps every profile the same way.

How the wrapping line works

  1. Paper laying: kraft paper is laid across the row of folding stations.
  2. Profile placing: the profile is placed lengthwise on the paper.
  3. Skládací: curved folding guides at each station lift the paper and close it around the profile.
  4. Převod: chain conveyors move the wrapped profile between stations.
  5. Výstup: the wrapped profile leaves on rollers for bundling.
Jednotka funkce
Paper laying unit places kraft paper across the stations
Folding stations fold the paper around the profile
Převod řetězu moves profiles between stations
Roller outfeed carries wrapped profiles on

The line runs continuous feeding with stations working in parallel, so one profile is folded while the next is placed.

Sizing the paper

Paper width = section perimeter + overlap. A 60 × 40 mm section has a perimeter of 2 × (60 + 40) = 200 mm. Adding a 30 mm overlap gives a 230 mm paper width (example only). Odd sections with grooves and flanges use the outer envelope perimeter.

Paper use per run

Paper area = paper width × profile length. A 6 m profile with 0.23 m paper uses 0.23 × 6 = 1.38 m². A run of 1,000 profiles uses about 1,380 m² (example only). Paper basis weight, roll size and how the overlap is held (tape, glue or tuck) are confirmed at quote.

  1. Profile sections and length range?
  2. Surface finish: mill, anodized or painted?

  4. Output per shift?
  5. Bundling or film wrapping after paper?
  6. Infeed from the cutting saw or by hand?

Bezpečnost

The line is designed to EN ISO 12100:2010 for risk assessment, EN 415-10 for packaging machine safety and EN 60204-1 for electrical equipment. Chain transfers and folding guides are the main hazards. Add perimeter guarding and warning signs on site, interlock access and keep emergency stops along the line.

Často kladené otázky k inženýrství

Q: Can one line wrap different sections? A: Yes, within a size range; paper width changes with section perimeter.

Q: Paper or film? A: Paper for scratch protection and recycling; film for moisture; both are possible.

Q: How long can the profiles be? A: Length range is confirmed at quote.

Q: Can it link to bundling? A: Yes, wrapped profiles can go on to bundling and wrapping.
