Why orientation change is hazardous
Inverting a heavy industrial load by hand puts people in the path of weight they cannot control, a hazard that mechanical rotation removes. Manual tilting of coils, blocks or ingots risks the crew and the load together. The machine takes the load through the change under control. The load range and its hazards are confirmed per project.

The 180° upender inverts heavy loads mechanically, taking each load from one orientation to the other on a controlled handling system. The load is secured, rotated half a turn and presented for the next step, all without a hand forcing it. Machine inversion is repeatable, so every load changes orientation the same way. The 180 degree travel
The machine travels the load a full half turn, moving it from horizontal to vertical or back. The 180° travel is the upender’s signature operation, done on a controlled axis rather than by pivot and force. Because the machine completes the travel in one held motion, the load is stable throughout. Travel and holding positions follow the load, confirmed per project.
Between horizontal and vertical
Many production and packaging steps need the load in a specific orientation, and the upender bridges horizontal and vertical for loads too heavy to move by hand. The load arrives lying and leaves standing, or the reverse, as the workflow needs. Orientation change is what opens the next machine’s access to the load. The orientation needs are confirmed per project against the workflow.

Provoz a bezpečnost
Run the load from the panel and the machine secures and inverts it automatically. Keep clear of the load path, rotating bed and outfeed while the machine runs, with guarding and emergency stops at the operator position. Routine checks cover the drive, bed, holding mechanisms, sensors and control, per the machine manual. Confirm the travel sequence against the load before each run so loads invert without damage.
