Coil out feeding. <\/p>\n\n\n<p>This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fhopepack.com\/Automatic-Coil-Packing-Line\/\">Metal coil packaging system<\/a> can be customized and designed per different layout requirement. <\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Coils are typically aligned and centered using\u00a0guide rails, aligning chains or aligning rolls before entering the packaging system. This ensures proper positioning for the wrapping and strapping stages.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Coil parameters\u00a0like inside and outside diameters, thickness and weight are measured using sensors to determine the correct packaging settings.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Strapping machines can apply vertical, horizontal or diagonal straps using polyester or steel strapping material. Common strap tensions range from 300-1000 kg.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Wrapping machines unroll\u00a0stretch film\u00a0or paper around the coil using rotating rolls or alternating film arms.
