Automatic PET Strapping machine with bundling machine

The automatic strapping machine  and bundle making machine is designed to pack the panel, profile with PET strip. Timber adding is optional.

An automatic PET strapping machine with bundling capabilities would need the following key features:

  • Heavy duty construction using steel frames and components to handle the weight and impacts from PET bottles/containers. PET plasticscan be relatively heavy.
  • Powerful strapping and binding equipment like steel straps, strapping heads, strapping sealers/crimpers to securely bind groups of PET bottles together. The straps and binding mechanismneed to withstand the weight and friction from moving/vibrating bottles.
  • Automated strapping and bundling processusing mechanical, pneumatic or electric actuators. This could include things like strapping feeders, strapping applicators, strapping cutters, bundling and strapping ERW tubing, etc. The automation helps improve speed, consistency and reduce operator fatigue.
  • Accumulation table or conveyor to automatically feed bottles into the strapping/bundling process. An infeed conveyorbrings bottles into the binding area, and an outfeed conveyorremoves the bound bundles.
  • Strapping tension control to ensure bottles are bound tightly enough. This could include features like strapping pressure sensors, tension regulators, and limit switches. Proper tension is needed to securely bind bottles together.
  • Safety features such as emergency stops, light curtains, proximity sensors, overload switches, etc. This equipment will be moving bottles automatically, so safety is important.
  • Control system to orchestrate the entire automated process. This could include programmable logic controllers, inverters, drives, sensors, actuators, etc.
  • Means for strapping reinforced strapsor bands for high-pile stacking (optional). Straps or bands that can withstand significant vertical compression forcesif bottles will be stacked high.
  • Sturdy base or forklift pocketsfor easily repositioning/moving the equipment (optional). Depends on how mobile the equipment needs to be.
